Terms and Conditions

  1. Operator Details: Сaptains.bet is operated by Optim Development B.V. (reg. number 154511), registered in Curaçao. Amariner Limited (HE 417185) handles payments in Cyprus.
  2. Verification Required: Bets and withdrawals are only processed once account verification is completed.
  3. Age Restriction: Only users 18+ are allowed to register. Breach results in account and bet cancellation.
  4. Account Policy: One account per person/IP/device is allowed. Duplicate accounts will be blocked for up to 2 months.
  5. Bet Conditions: Odds and limits may change but accepted bets remain valid under their original terms.
  6. Right to Decline: CaptainsBet reserves the right to decline any bet without explanation.
  7. Errors & Misprints: Bets placed under misprints or system errors may be voided and settled at odds of “1”.
  8. Unsportsmanlike Behavior: Bets on suspected match-fixing events will be voided pending investigation.
  9. Obvious Errors: Clearly wrong odds will be settled using correct market odds.
  10. Recalculation: Incorrect settlements will be recalculated correctly.
  11. Rule Updates: New bets follow updated rules effective from the date of change.
  12. Known Outcomes: Bets placed after the outcome is known will be voided.
  13. Multiple Winners: For simultaneous wins, stakes are split. Three or more winners result in odds of “1”.
  14. Interrupted Matches: Football matches that pass the 70th minute are considered valid if interrupted.
  15. Account Security: Users are responsible for their password and account activity.
  16. Acceptance of Terms: Placing a bet implies acceptance of all terms.
  17. Connection Failures: Disconnections during confirmation do not cancel a bet.
  18. System Faults: All affected bets during technical errors are voided and refunded.
  19. Event Results: Bookmaker’s official results are final.
  20. Disputes: Disputes must be submitted with full details within 10 days (or 72 hours for Cyber-Live).
  21. Fraud Prevention: Fraud leads to account closure and potential legal action.
  22. Account Closure Conditions: Activities such as insider betting, bonus abuse, syndicate betting, or software manipulation can result in account suspension and forfeiture of winnings.
  23. Verification Requests: CaptainsBet may request identity documents. False data results in account suspension.
  24. Translation Disclaimer: Errors in translations or team names are not valid grounds for complaints.
  25. Rule Changes: Updates posted on the site are effective immediately.
  26. Limitation of Liability: CaptainsBet is not liable for site unavailability, data errors, or content misuse.
  27. Account Responsibility: Users are fully responsible for all actions taken on their account.
  28. Affiliate Restrictions: Affiliates may not use player accounts. Violations will result in forfeiture of benefits.
  29. Jurisdiction: These terms follow the laws of Kenya, Nigeria, Portugal, and others. Users must ensure local compliance before registering.
  30. Legal Responsibility: CaptainsBet does not guarantee legality of services in a user’s country. Use of the site is at the user’s own risk.
  31. Language of Record: The English version of the Terms prevails over all translations.
