Account Rules
Each user is allowed to have only one account. Multiple registrations for the same person, household, device, IP address, payment card, e-wallet, or other payment method are prohibited.
If duplicate accounts are detected, the company may block the accounts, cancel bets, remove bonuses, and recalculate winnings. Using temporary or invalid email addresses may also result in a permanent ban.
Betting Rules

The security team may request documents to verify the user’s identity, address, payment details, or other personal information. Until verification is completed, the company may suspend withdrawals and account transactions.
Verification may take up to 72 hours after the documents are received. If the submitted information is false, the company may cancel bets and restrict account activity.
Fraud and Prohibited Activity
Multiple accounts, automated betting, arbitrage betting, bonus abuse, acting on behalf of event participants, and attempts to bypass platform restrictions are prohibited.
If suspicious activity is detected, the company may close the account, cancel bets, freeze or recalculate the balance, and contact law enforcement authorities.
Payout Claims
After receiving winnings, users must check that the amount is correct. If they disagree with the calculation, they must submit a claim with their account number, date, time, event, stake, selection, odds, and reason for the complaint.
Claims regarding winnings may be submitted within 10 days. Claims related to Cyber-Live games are accepted within 72 hours after the game ends.
Rule Updates
